Founded by two sister in laws with 15 plus years of yoga teaching experience. Cedar + Sage is so much more than a yoga studio. They offer breath work, sculpt, cardio barre, pilates, hot yoga and sound baths. And yes, of course, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini and Yin /restorative flows.

Cedar and Sage brings many levels of wellness through yoga, Pilates, breath work, meditation and soundbaths. Their goal is to create a welcoming space that promotes health in both the mind and the body.
