Hot water heaters are Tankless. When cold, hot water takes 3 min to run hot because they are tankless.
Tubs do not have water regulators limiting the flow. When cold, you’ll need to run at half flow for hot water.
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am. (Unless you have arranged a $50 early or late check out in advance).
Quiet time is 9pm - 7pm. Be respectful of our neighbors. Noise fines can be up to $1,000 USD.
Hot tubs are maintained on Monday (White Cactus), Tuesday (White Moon), Thursdays (Coral + Cacti) and Fridays (Midnight).
Hot tub guides are HERE + Eco mode HERE. Keep covers secure w/ ALL straps and temp at 85 when not in use. Do not use when windy.
The desert is full of wild animals, cacti, critters, crawlers and spiky things. Wear shoes + leash your pets + service animals.

Cold pools, cowboy pools and outdoor showers may be closed for winter if temps are near freezing.
All entries are keyless. If door does not automatically lock behind you, flip the small nob on the inside.
Park in designated parking and driveways. No street parking.
Keep inside property lines. Do not trespass, drive on other’s land or 4wheel on random dirt roads.
Follow the driving directions provided for your stay. 4x4s recommended. Do not follow GPS. Avoid soft shoulders and drive carefully.
Outdoor fires in designated pits only. Place ashes in marked containers after fires are extinguished.
Familiarize yourself with emergency escape plans displayed in framed signage by front or back door.
Fire extinguishers are white and by the kitchen.
First aid kits are under the sink.
